can i get a model or is it not good yet?

hey there every one, i have a question, i hope you can help?
sorry if this has been asked, i searched and could not find something like it, but...

i wanted to ask this in the help area, i did not want to send a letter if it was not the place.

i would love to have your model to show my outfits. you do say i have to have a site, my question is do i have to has a fully made site?
like pegy or rose, simchic, others...
i have a "site", it is not done yet. it is only a poor freewebs "coming soon..." now. i hope to finish it quickly, but my friend says do not post it if any parts are not done, people do not like that. also i am to wait on her to edit my talk ^^. i am working on this, i would like to finish all the work before i post it. am i able to ask for a model for my undone site or is this not good yet? it is a cloth site.
my friend told that my sims are not so good, they will scare of all the visitors away she jokes to me, but they are not so pretty it is true.

Hm, I'm not sure. You'd have to ask EMACEO or someone else who deals with these things.

Try contacting the agency ([e-mail]) or just wait. Someone's bound to know the answer.

Read the rules here. They clearly state that you have to contact EMA first to get the models... And what you can use them for...
